All screws at the bottom of the chassis are countersunk.Front and rear axle mounts as well as the engine unit are connected over the complete length of the chassis, therefore we achieved almost the stiffness of a monocoque chassis. The quick fix system of the engine makes a fast changing of the engine possible. The drive to the rear axle is carried out over several easy-running front gearwheels and an FG ball drive at the rear axle. A separate flange bearing holds the clutch bell in order to relieve the crankshaft. Front and rear axle with their various adjusting possibilities as king pin angle, castor a.s.o. consist of alloy delta wishbones below. Solid alloy rear axle plates reduce the wear at the rear axle and give an enormous driving stability. 4 oil-pressure shock absorbers controlled by a pushrod suspension as well as stabilizers guarantee an optimal ground contact.We deliver the chassis selectively with FG hydraulic brakes for front or respectively rear axle. The models are built on a 4mm alloy chassis with double wishbones at front and rear axle. All borings of the alloy chassis are countersunk to prevent the screw heads from bearing out. The models are serial equipped with the 2-damper front axle which guarantees an optimal traction of both front wheels. At the front/rear axle you can adjust through track rods or adjusting screws with right-/left-handed thread the king pin angle, trailing effect and toe-in. Further equipment points are front disk brakes, differential gear, easy-running FG ball drive, with big brake disk, stabilizer bar front and rear, tuned pipe muffler, Evo gas tank, rear brace, 24T steel pinion, spark plug cap suppression cover, latest version (Evo) oil-pressure shock absorbers with volume control and external adjusting ring for the initial spring preload.
