HPI Racing Desert Buster Radial Tires are original equipment on the Baja 5T line of 1/5th scale trucks. These are front tyres that feature a "radial" tread design for stable steering control on a wide variety of surfaces. The HD Compound is perfect for heavy duty performance with the Baja 5T, it's a formulated rubber blend that resists rips and tears, developed for extreme driving conditions.

The pinions are machined from bar stock steel and nitrited (the stock pinion is metal injection molded). The do all fit with the stock spur gear and are secured with a center bolt like the stock pinion (which has 17T).Module: m=1,5Profile regraded, this means that the number of teeth is changed while the diameter remained constant. The part of the involutes? curve that defines the tooth profile is changed. Positively regraded (lower number of teeth) pinions are stronger and run smoother, the reduced strength of negatively regraded pinions doesn?t really matter.
