Through the use of two 6 mm screws a significantly higher retention force is achieved. Yet it is still recommended to use medium strength thread lock (link y0114)! The hard anodizing (HART-COAT) guarantees much lower wear of the squares! Especially recommended when using wheel mounted brake discs! Four 3x16 dowel pins per square are included which prevent the squares from spinning in the rim. Press fitting them into the wheel squares is optional. The 12, 14 and 17 mm wide squares feature a groove for inserting a C-clip (link 6106/05), which acts as a guide for the brake disk. The narrow 9.5 mm wide squares dont need a clip; the close sitting rim will guide the disk. The tray has four holes each to accept 1/10, 1/8, 1/6 and 1/5 scale shocks.Suitable for shock absorbers from Losi, Mecatech, BWS, Arrma, Traxxas, FG, Carson, HPI and many more, as long as they have a suitable diameter. All shocks from 15 to 32 mm outer diameter can be used in the Bubble Ex to be "de-bubbled".
