Content: 50 ml Please note: Factory filling of FG/Losi/Smartech and many other 1/5 and 1/6 scale shocks is done with genuine silicone shock absorber oil. To ensure seal tightness and consistency you should only use genuine silicone shock absorber oil for refilling as well.Most every rc-car shock absorber uses silicone oil of different viscosities. The smaller the number, the lower the viscosity of the silicone oil and the softer the damping. As a rule of thumb: Viscosity 100 = similar to water Viscosity 1.000 = similar to cooking oil Viscosity 5.000 = similar to shampoo Viscosity 10.000 = similar to honey As a reference: The red FG Marder / Off-Road Buggy series shock absorbers are factory filled with 2.000 viscosity oil, the shocks on monster cars with dual shock set-ups (total of 8 shocks) are filled with 1.000 viscosity oil, and the shocks on FG onroad cars come filled with 4.000 viscosity oil. Fits all FG and Carson largescale cars, may fit other cars with 18 mm wheel squares as well.Available in three different compounds:SoftHardWe have tried various rubber / tire compounds for several months on various forms of terrain, etc.. The Mammoth brings, due to its quite strong and large pins and the extreme width of the tire, especially on hard and low grip surfaces a high traction! The Mammoth is available in soft, medium and hard! The rule is: the harder the ground the softer the tire compound. Where other tires spin helplessly the Mammoth provides serious traction. The disadvantage of Mammoth tires: Because of their extreme width they need to be mounted on FG wheels, which is a labor intensive job. From experience, we must strongly recommend against using rims from another manufacturer in combination with extension rings. Due to the before mentioned traction no other rim has been up to the task! Broken rims and torn squares were the result. With this robust and reliable FG chassis, which is equipped with a powerful 26 cm³ combustion engine, you get the ideal entry into the fascinating "royal class" of large scale RC models as well as into the competition.A roll cage was installed for more rigidity and protection of the vehicle.The model has a 510 wheelbase. The models are built on a 4 mm alloy chassis with double wishbones at front and rear axle. All borings of the alloy chassis are countersunk to prevent the screw heads from bearing out. The models are serial equipped with the 2-damper front axle which guarantees an optimal traction of both front wheels. At the front/rear axle you can adjust through track rods or adjusting screws with right-/left-handed thread the king pin angle, trailing effect and toe-in.Further equipment points are differential gear, 24 teeth steel pinion, oil-pressure shock absorbers with volume control and external adjusting ring for the initial spring preload.
