Usually this means that the car will get really fast times only after a few laps. The driver who uses preheated tires has a considerably advantage. With cold outside temperatures or low grip tracks, like a not so clean parking lot, it often not possible at all to bring the tire temperature up to the required range just by driving. As a result the car will be difficult to control! Measures:maximum outer diameter of 130 mm maximum tire width of 80 mmThat includes all standard 1/5 touring car tires! ( ) Instructions: The tire warmers may be operated only on 12 to 13.8 volts AC or DC.
