The turnbuckles on steering rods and camber links need some minor readjusting after assembly to restore the correct geometry.At the rear LOSB3218 driveshafts will fit the Mini without modifications. Fits FG and Smartech touring cars. The use of steel spur gears on the layshaft increases reliability significantly. Pebbles, heat and shock loads created by high rev clutches are no longer a problem. The carrier is designed for reverse installation as seen on the FG EVO car, where the hubs of pinion and spur gear carrier are pointing to the outside of the car. The carrier features M8 grub screws for installation on the layshaft. This means that the tip of the screw is as wide as the flat area on the shaft and ensures best possible load distribution. The spur gears feature the same diameter as the FG plastic versions. The use of a steel clutch pinion is mandatory with steel spur gears! The spur gears are available as 39T, 40T or 41T versions. The following measures are required for installation of the HT-steel gear adapter "on-road" on the layshaft in FG EVO 2020 cars:- The installed wide 16T layshaft pinion 6431/01 must be replaced by the narrow version 6431.- The supplied 1mm shim must be added between layshaft pinion and ball bearing.- The flat sections on the layshaft do not have the usual 180° offset for the adapter; therefore only one grub screw will be used. However, since this is a wide face M8 version, this is no disadvantage.

New ignition system for RC Car race engines with air baffles, special 62 mm balanced flywheel, modified ignition coil mount and special Löhin tuning ignition (#1361). For Zenoah G230/240/260/270/290/320 und CY / Fuelie / Losi engines.A much smaller and lighter flywheel, in conjunction with the special air baffles, ensures that the engine gets more cooling air then with previously available modified flywheels! The fan from the CIS-ignition with fins on both sides is about 30% lighter (!) than the stock version! Needless to say an engine equipped with such a flywheel revs considerably faster and significantly higher, of course. This in itself is nothing new, because modified flywheels, even though not 30% lighter, are pretty common on modified engines. However, the problem with these modified flywheels is maintaining sufficient cooling for the engine, which is absolutely mandatory for a reliably running engine! The 20% smaller in diameter flywheel is primarily responsible for the very substantial performance increase by the SPEED TEC CRANK ignition . The lower inertia, which is quite crucial for engine performance, allows for an extremely fast and higher revving engine! The air baffles of the CIS-ignition ensure that the path of the cooling air is matched to the reduced diameter of the CIS-fan wheel and the engine gets more cooling! As our product video shows, the stock engine gained near 2,000 rpm through installation of the SPEED TEC CIS-ignition ! But perhaps the optimized torque is even more convincing. This for 30% reduced and 20% more centrally positioned flywheel mass gives your engine a stunning power increase. Other benefits of SPEED TEC CIS - ignition system: Fits all Zenoah, as well as HPI, Losi-, CY 1/5 & 1/6 engines (incl. Zenoah G320) No modifications to the cylinder or the ignition coil mount required! Genuine HT spare/option part.These heavy duty differential drive cups for front or rear differential in a Losi 5ive-T/B or MINI WRC are made of 300M / Böhler V132 steel and are characterized not only by high hardness, but also simultaneously toughness. The service life is therefore much higher than for the stock cups.300M steel is used in motorsport and aviation for high strength parts. As a highly pure material, it is significantly more expensive than conventional steels, its high basic strength and toughness make the machining a time-consuming task.The shape of these drive cups now allows the use of driveshaft boots and grease lubrication, which increases service life enormously. In addition, these HD drive cups have two sets of slots for the pin of the drive shaft, this means another doubling of the service life.We recommend y0809 Klüber grease for lubrication of closed HD drive cups.A dry run like with stock parts is theoretically possible, but absolutely not recommended because it would waive the enormous advantage of encapsulated lubrication and the associated wear reduction.
