This 15° inclined adapter allows for easy access for filter servicing or installation of a precleaner like the Twinair filter skin. This beautifully machined part comes with all the hardware and gaskets needed.Fits all cars from the HPI Baja 5 series and Carson Wild Attack GP.The adapter must be used with the stock airfilter, but replaces the stock adapter plate. HURRAX extreme is one of the most successful tire in large scale off-road racing and specifically designed for astro turf and solid ground. With more than 700 (!) differently designed, closely spaced lugs and the 70 mm wide tread it is reasonably wear resistant and provides optimal grip with good side traction. If this - i.e. on the front axle - is not desired, you may cut the lugs at the tires outer edge to reduce cornering grip. This can be easily done with a small side cutter or strong nail scissors. In order to reduce the edging in the tire on the front axle.This makes a tire less aggressive during cornering and changes the cars behavior towards understeer. It becomes depending on the track conditions (i.e. wet!) a lot more drivable.An optimal vehicle setup can often be achieved by running already used HURRAX extreme tires on the front and new ones on the rear axle.This is especially true for 2WD models.
