Carburetor heat sink for all Zenoah/CY/HPI/Losi and PT-Smartech/Carson engines.Fits all Walbro 603/813/990/771/527/1107 carburetors as well as all Smartech/Carson PT engine carburetors and many more!The TopTuning carburetor heat sink counteracts the notorious vapor lock at high engine temperatures.In fact all current large scale engines have a special adaptor for the thermal insulation of the carb (isolator) to keep the carb as cool as possible, so that the fuel does not form bubbles due to heat transfer from the cylinder. And without this isolator the gasoline would literally cook after a short operating time and therefore the engine would receive a leaner mixture. The much feared lean-out until the engine stalls is inevitably.Unfortunately, even a special isolator is often insufficient at higher ambient temperatures or when the engine is subjected to higher loads, e.g. in racing. In such scenarios the better heat dissipation of the Top Tuning carburetor heat sink contributes to the solution of the problem.The easy to install heat sink, requires a considerable manufacturing and milling effort and fits easily to all common 1:5/1:6 large scale cars, such as FG, Mecatech, Smartech/Carson, HPI, Losi, etc..For installation in FG 4WD cars the rear cross member # 66212 must be modified.Attention: the Allen head screw is an imperial size and therefore not compatible with metric Allen wrenches! With this robust and reliable FG chassis, which is equipped with a powerful 26 cm³ combustion engine, you get the ideal entry into the fascinating "royal class" of large scale RC models as well as into the competition.The model has a 530 wheelbase. The models are built on a 4 mm alloy chassis with double wishbones at front and rear axle. All borings of the alloy chassis are countersunk to prevent the screw heads from bearing out. The models are serial equipped with the 2-damper front axle which guarantees an optimal traction of both front wheels. At the front/rear axle you can adjust through track rods or adjusting screws with right-/left-handed thread the king pin angle, trailing effect and toe-in.Further equipment points are differential gear, 24 teeth steel pinion, oil-pressure shock absorbers with volume control and external adjusting ring for the initial spring preload. All rotating parts as shafts, axles and clutch bells a.s.o. are supported by ball bearings.The remote control, the two servos and the receiver battery (RTR set!) are required to operate the FG model. Front tuning disk brake for all FG 1:5 models and Race-Trucks, the current version from Evo, with 2-damper front axle and the Mono-Shock axle except Formular 1 and Leopard.The disk brakes prevent a breaking-out of the rear, have a very sensitive adjustment and are optically very effective. You can run the front disk brake with the gas servo, but make sure the servo has a minimum regulating power of six kilograms. We recommend to steer over two servos if you install front and rear disk brake. We deliver the disk brakes without uprights. The secure hose connection for engine or tank removal! Advantages of the Kent system quick couplings: A safe opening and closing with one hand, as soon as one side is fixed. The design of the "shut-off" valve is a double chamber system, which closes when disconnecting the coupling. (This design enables easy and safe opening of the quick couplings, even under high pressure. Similarly, just as in low pressure applications.) You feel a snap when connecting the couplings, preventing over-tightening or accidental opening. The actions of opening and closing the quick couplings are identical, so that the handling is extremely simple. An ergonomic design guarantees easy handling, yet the space requirement for the couplings is low. Long and safe life of the couplings even with frequent connection and disconnection. In order to protect the fully encapsulated KENT quick coupling system against dirt even after dismantling, sealing the ends with the corresponding white plugs and caps is recommended.
