You can select the tyre hardness above:  - Hurrax HX100 extreme Grip Medium 175/70 mm tyre and  - Hurrax HX400 extreme Grip Soft 175/70 mm tyre HURRAX extreme is one of the most successful tire in large scale off-road racing and specifically designed for astro turf and solid ground. With more than 700 (!) differently designed, closely spaced lugs and the 70 mm wide tread it is reasonably wear resistant and provides optimal grip with good side traction. If this - i.e. on the front axle - is not desired, you may cut the lugs at the tires outer edge to reduce cornering grip. This can be easily done with a small side cutter or strong nail scissors. In order to reduce the edging in the tire on the front axle.This makes a tire less aggressive during cornering and changes the cars behavior towards understeer. It becomes depending on the track conditions (i.e. wet!) a lot more drivable.An optimal vehicle setup can often be achieved by running already used HURRAX extreme tires on the front and new ones on the rear axle.This is especially true for 2WD models. All parts with laser etched tooth count.Please note: The pinion do fit the 5ive-T 2.0 as well, of course. However, you then have to use the 5ive-T 2.0 engine mount inserts of the appropriate tooth count, inserts from the 5ive-T do not fit! Available with 16, 18T/20T/21T. The 19T pinion is stock equipment in Losi 5ive-T and Mini, 20T is stock in the 5ive-B.The 16T pinion is profile shifted and has the same dimensions as a normal 18T pinion.It is specially made for vehicles where the stock tires are replaced by much larger diameter rubber (i.e. monster truck tires and MadMax Giant Grip).Profile regraded, this means that the number of teeth is changed while the diameter remained constant. The part of the involutes? curve that defines the tooth profile is changed. Sintered steel clutch for Zenoah and many other rc-car engines from 23 cm³ to 32 cm³. incl. clutch spring!Note: The sintered steel clutch needs a break in period of at least half an hour run time after their first installation. Only then the clutch surface reaches the desired grip and provides the necessary friction. After that the clutch will show consistent operation and extremely low wear!With 80 grams the weight of the clutch is about the same as the usual OEM clutches.As with all non-adjustable clutches a periodic monitoring of the clutch spring is recommended. By changing the spring, it is also possible to match your car to the track conditions, i.e.: the harder the spring, the higher the stall speed of the clutch.If not on hand, for installation of the sintered steel clutch a clutch spring, the Zenoah screw set # 7318 and the original Zenoah clutch mount # 7315 are required!
