Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

(https://rc-car-online.de/shop/en-service_widerruf_formular.html). We will inform you (e.g. by e-mail) about the confirmation of the receipt of such a withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received and checked the goods.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Agreements or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumption for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for their production of an individual choice or decision by the consumer shall prevail
Premature lapse of the right of withdrawal
- For the supply of goods when they were mixed after delivery due to their nature inseparably with other goods
- For the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery

Special Notes
Furthermore, the scope of financed transactions: If you finance the contract with a loan and withdraw it later, you are not tied to the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. Unless you do not have the original packaging, please take care to avoid damage in transit for a suitable package. The above procedures are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the cancellation.
