This means that the stock spring action increases not that much going through the available suspension travel. To handle hard impacts high viscosity oil is used in the shocks; however, this oil is too heavy for these springs for a proper rebound. A sensible suspension tuning becomes much pretty difficult.For this reason, the tuning springs Dirt-Spring Desert Buggy XL are shorter than the stock springs, but also use heavier gauge wire in return. Genuine Top Tuning spare/option part.TopTuning 24mm hex wheel drives are required if you want to run wheel combos with the standard 24mm hex drive (such as Losi 5ive-T/B; DBXL; HPI-Baja etc.!) on your Losi Super Baja-Rey, Super Baja Rey 2.0 and Super Rock Rey. Suitable for 8 mm axles.The stock Super Baja-Rey / Super Rock Rey20 mm hex drives (# LOS252077) will be swapped for the TopTuning 24 mm version. No additional parts are required for installation of the 24 mm hex wheel drivers. The Losi Super Baja-Rey's fake brake discs and calipers must be removed prior to assembly.Attention: For the attachment of the wheels you also need wheel nuts with M18x1.5 thread (i.e. AT-5T004), which are also offered in our shop's option menu!Please note: These adapters only fit in combination with the optional aluminum spindles or wheel bearing carriers. The aluminium versions have a slightly larger bearing distance, which requires different dimensions for the wheel drives.As already mentioned in the Losi instruction manual, the gearing should be adjusted depending on terrain and tire tread.Depending on tire size the rear of the fenderwells will need some cutting.
