The off-road tire for hard packed dirt and spectacular drifts!Gives great results on those carpets which are typical for some off-road tracks. 616 grippy square studs per tire, a total of more then 2.400 for a complete set of tires, guarantee maximum traction! The lower profile of the outer stud rows reduces lateral traction and guarantee exceptional directional stability and allows for spectacular drifts! Therefore the car is less prone to undesirable side rolls!The Narrow-Grip 616 tires are mounted on a flexible 10 spoke rim with steel ring reinforced 24 mm hex drive. 10 screws per beadlock ring keep the tires in place. The Narrow-Grip 616 tires feature a firm foam insert, making them suitable even for heavier weight cars.To prevent premature wheel drive wear the fit to the rim is very tight. Therefore the rim should be properly aligned with the hex drive and completely mounted via tightening the wheel nut! Attention: When using the Narrow-Grip wheels on a Super Losi Rock-Rey model, special wheel hexes are required. Also on FG and Carson models. Genuine HT spare/option part.Wheel squares made of high-strength aluminum, hardened, with two M6 mounting threads Suitable for most 1/6 and 1/5 rc-cars. Through the use of two 6 mm screws a significantly higher retention force is achieved. Yet it is still recommended to use medium strength thread lock (link y0114)! The hard anodizing (HART-COAT) guarantees much lower wear of the squares! Especially recommended when using wheel mounted brake discs! Four 3x16 dowel pins per square are included which prevent the squares from spinning in the rim. Press fitting them into the wheel squares is optional. The 12, 14 and 17 mm wide squares feature a groove for inserting a C-clip (link 6106/05), which acts as a guide for the brake disk. The narrow 9.5 mm wide squares dont need a clip; the close sitting rim will guide the disk.
